If you are paying for someone else, please indicate the name of the participant again in the PayPal form under NOTE.
In order to get published you need to fulfill all requirements of the editorial board from the acceptance letter and pay all the necessary fees (the right registration and extra pages). Paper without proper formatting will be NOT PUBLISHED in the journal
